Darren is proud to represent cattle and citrus country, and has the support of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association and Florida Citrus Mutual.

He has twice served on the Agriculture Committee during Farm Bill years. While on the Committee, he fought for millions of dollars in funding for access to farm capital, increased water supply, disaster relief, and to combat citrus greening, screwworm, and mealybug. He recently voted for the bipartisan 2026 Farm Bill.

Darren secured WRDA authorization for a new Taylor Creek Reservoir in South Osceola County. This project will be critical for the water needs of Central Florida agriculture for years to come.

He has taken a hands-on approach, visiting and listening to local ranchers, growers, and farmers throughout the district over the years. He will always have their backs, both at home and in Congress, to help them feed America.
